Drink MenuROC Restaurant is a chic, high-energy Italian restaurant located in the heart of The Highlands on Bardstown Road, featuring a stunning outdoor pergola. Originating in Tribeca, NYC for the last 17 years, Rocco Cadolini has moved this local favorite hotspot to Louisville, Kentucky. At Louisville’s ROC Restaurant, two Italian Chefs from Puglia are waiting to cook you the best Italian meal you’ve ever had.
ROC Restaurant features two floors dedicated to unique dining experiences. The main floor is designed for casual dining and features a long, gorgeous bar in copper-trimmed Mahogany wood on the inside and a beautiful pergola with charming red chairs for outdoor dining. The upstairs floor features a traditional fine dining atmosphere. Spaces include a main dining room with table cloths and a communal room featuring a high-top communal table made with tiles from Old Italian villas.
ROC is home to two rooms that can be privately reserved for your celebration; the Alessia and the Sofia, named after Rocco’s daughters, each feature stunning, uniquely carved handmade wooden tables with contemporary lighting.
Rocco was known for his infamous parties at ROC in NYC. Is Bardstown Road ready? Prepare for numerous parties, ladies’ nights, disco brunches, New Year’s Eve Celebrations, New Year’s Day Revivals, and much more.
Rocco Cadolini was born in Sorrento, Italy, off the Amalfi Coast. He studied Hotel and Restaurant Management in school, and worked in the hospitality industry in London and Switzerland. At the age of 20, he moved by himself to NYC and landed jobs at busy eateries on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. After proving himself, Rocco was hired as a manager at the iconic restaurant Elios on Second Ave. Elios is the best kept secret among the rich and famous.
After 10 years at Elios, Rocco ventured out to open his own restaurant in Tribeca, naming it ROC. Rocco then opened his 2nd restaurant – Baci & Abbracci – a more casual, Neapolitan pizzeria in the hipster section of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. While Rocco has enjoyed the last 11 years of success in Williamsburg, he looks forward to bringing authentic Italian food and joy to Louisville.
